Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping Policy:

All orders will be processed and shipped within [14-21 business days] after payment is received.

A tracking number will be provided once the package is shipped.

Buyers are responsible for tracking their orders and ensuring that packages are received upon delivery or picked up at their local postal office if required.

If a package is not claimed and returned to our warehouse, the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges to resend the package.

Unclaimed Packages:

If a package is returned to our warehouse due to the buyer's failure to pick up the package within the time limit set by the local postal office, we will notify the buyer via email.

The buyer must respond and confirm whether to reship the package (with an additional shipping fee) within [3 days] from the notification date.

If no response is received within this period, the package will be considered abandoned and may be disposed of by our warehouse.

Return & Refund Policy:

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for orders where:

The package was unclaimed and returned due to the buyer’s failure to pick it up.

The buyer did not respond to our return notification within the specified time frame.

The returned package was disposed of due to no action taken by the buyer.

Refunds will only be issued in cases of:

Incorrect or defective items sent by our store.

Lost packages with no delivery record based on the official tracking system.
